The Shared Table is borne from the marriage of Asian and Northern European food. The exciting possibilities offered by playful preparation, combinations and presentation of these dishes has been a source of immense joy and creativity. Community is a strong part of The Shared Table, trades, craftspeople, suppliers, friends and family have all played a big role in bringing the dream to life. The menu reflects eating what is fresh, available and at its best. They only cook what they need and reduce their footprint by minimising our waste through minimal choices.
Very professionally presented and useful content. Annie answered all of my questions, built rapport quickly and took the time to ensure I understood all aspects of the content. – Kris Payne
